Cancellation Policy

By booking a service, you are agreeing to the policies.  All appointments and trainings are very important to Anew U Beauty & Co., therefore, I respectfully require at least a 24 hour notice for all cancellations or reschedules.  Appointment cancellations/reschedules MUST be made 24 hours prior to appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours of appointment, it will be considered a NO SHOW and will result in a “loss of treatment”, or the treatment will be subtracted from your package. If client is a “new patient” or starting a new package, the deposit will be forfeited. As a courtesy, you will receive a text or email message reminder 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We strongly encourage all our clients to notify us as soon as possible if they need to make any adjustments/changes to their scheduled appointments. NO CALL, NO SHOWS will result in loss of treatment and deposit. No refunds on services.
