Service Description
Microblading is a 2-part Procedure. Your 6-week touch-up appointment will be $75.00, and a $35 nonrefundable deposit will be due after your first appointment to secure your touch-up appointment. This will be applied towards your $75 fee if you are on time. You may only reschedule 1 time without losing your deposit. Not everyone is a candidate for PMU. In some cases, you may need to check with your doctor before having a procedure done. **Here are a few reasons (but not limited to) a person may not qualify for a cosmetic procedure. ** Under the age of 18 Expecting/ Nursing mothers. Have undergone chemotherapy or radiation in the past 90 days. Viral infections/ diseases or currently on antibiotics Open wound present Extremely thin skin, severely wrinkled or sun damaged skin Accutane within 1 year Keloid hypertrophic scarring Previous solid permanent makeup tattoo that is very dark Diabetic (must get a doctor's clearance)
Cancellation Policy
By booking a service, you are agreeing to the policies. All appointments and trainings are very important to Anew U Beauty & Co., therefore, I respectfully require at least a 24 hour notice for all cancellations or reschedules. Appointment cancellations/reschedules MUST be made 24 hours prior to appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours of appointment, it will be considered a NO SHOW and will result in a “loss of treatment”, or the treatment will be subtracted from your package. If client is a “new patient” or starting a new package, the deposit will be forfeited. As a courtesy, you will receive a text or email message reminder 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We strongly encourage all our clients to notify us as soon as possible if they need to make any adjustments/changes to their scheduled appointments. NO CALL, NO SHOWS will result in loss of treatment and deposit. No refunds on services.
